KS Process Service and Courier provides quality service at competitive prices. Our base price for non-rush process service is in-line with what the local constable charges, but at a significantly higher level of service.

Constables usually make their first attempt after 1-3 weeks. KS will have all 4 attempts within 12 days (faster for rush service requests) and our first attempt will be made in 1-3 days on non-rush papers. Constables do not offer rush service.

Constables do not personally communicate with the customer. If you call the local constable office for a status on your papers, you typically will not get a status report for several days. Constable offices only communicate during normal business hours, and many constables do not make attempts at night or on Saturdays.

You can view the status of all papers you submitted to KS Process for service or submit new jobs to us online at any time of day, by simply clicking on the PIC to the left.  You will log in using a unique user name and password that we provide and you'll be able to view the progress on jobs that you gave us to serve, including Proof Of Service documents, and your invoicing history.

The above prices are for Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant counties.  Other counties in Texas and out of state service may cost more, depending on the exact location. Please allow an extra 1-3 additional days to serve outside the above four county area.

Additional papers served on same person at same time are $20 extra per paper. For example, a TRO, Notice, and Citation is $115 on 12 day service and $160 on 4 day service.

Our goal is to get your papers served as soon as possible. Our 12 day service is usually completed within 7 days but may take up to 12 days to serve or make the 4 required attempts. Service is not allowed on Sundays, and therefore we do not include Sunday for number of days to serve.

Clients are emailed as soon as a paper is served, therefore clients do not have to wonder if a paper has been served or not.

The above services include pickup of your papers in Dallas and most of Denton County. Affidavits of Service are filed for free in Dallas County and then mailed back to client at no additional charge.

A bad address is a $25 minimum charge.

If after 4 attempts at a good address the paper is not served, KS will draft an Affidavit for Substituted Service Under Rule 106. The charge is $25 and includes delivery of papers per judges order after the order is signed by the judge.

Judges can not sign 106 orders for subpoenas, therefore, there is a $25 charge per attempt after 4 attempts have been made. These additional attempts will be made only with the clients permission.

Filings of Affidavits of Service in Denton, Collin and Tarrant counties are $35 on a non-rush basis, per case number. For example, if you have five Affidavits of Service to file for one case number in Tarrant county, we will file all of them for $35. The affidavits will then be mailed back to client or we will hand deliver to the client for an additional charge.

Courthouse work is by quote. Prices depend on which courthouse, time spent and how fast you need the job completed. Courthouse work includes copy jobs, filings, court settings and walk throughs requiring judges signature on orders. Rates start at $30.

General courier services, start at $15. Our service levels are 30 minute, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour and Same Day (call by 10 am for Same Day service.)

Mobile notary is by quote depending on location, speed of service requested, and time spent at the location. Rates for mobile notary start at $30.

Stakeout rates start at $50 per hour with a 90 minute minimum and may include travel time depending on the location.

Skip trace service is by quote.

Volume discounts are available.  NAPPS and TPSA members get a 15% discount off of all base rates.

Payment is expected in advance unless your company is an established customer of KS Process Service and Courier.
